高亮度氯硅酸镁钙荧光材料的制备及电荷补偿研究

摘要 采用高温固相法合成一系列添加电荷补偿剂的高亮度绿色荧光材料Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+,Re3+(Re3+=Pr3+,Sm3+,Gd3+)。分析电荷补偿剂,如碱金属离子Li+,Na+,K+和阴离子Cl-,Br-对荧光材料发光强度的影响。结果显示,电荷补偿剂的引入,明显增强了荧光材料的发光强度。所制备的材料的发射光谱为宽波带在330~430nm之间均有较强吸收,与紫光LED芯片匹配,并且在紫光激发下,能够发出507nm的高亮度绿色光。讨论电荷补偿机制,提出合理的阴、阳离子共同作用的电荷补偿模式。 A series of high-lighting green phosphors Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+, Re3+(Re3+=Pr3+,Sm3+,Gd3+) with charge compensators added were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method. The effect of the different charge compensators, such as alkali metal ions Li+,Na+,K+and anions Cl-,Br-on the luminescence intensity of phosphors was analyzed. It is shown that doping charge compensators can improve the luminescence intensity of phosphors significantly. The synthesized phosphors with broadband spectrum, having strong absorption between 330nm ~ 430nm, match with UV-LED chips, and emit high efficient green light at 507 under UV-light exciting. The charge compensation mechanism was discussed and the reasonable charge compensation model of anion and cation co-action was proposed.
