不同引氟量对钛表面电沉积含氟磷灰石晶体结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用电沉积的方法在钛表面制备含氟磷灰石涂层,通过改变电解液中引氟剂氟化钠(NaF)的浓度,研究不同引氟量对所获得涂层晶体结构的影响。分别采用SEM和XRD对涂层的表面形貌和晶体参数进行分析。结果表明,通过该方法可以在钛表面制备纳米含氟磷灰石(FHA)涂层;随着引氟量的增加,磷灰石特征衍射峰强度增强,峰型更尖锐;晶体择优取向逐渐发生改变,晶粒沿c轴方向垂直于电极表面择优生长的,表现为针状和短棒状外观;晶格a轴常数减少,c轴常数保持不变。钛表面电沉积FHA涂层的晶体结构与电解液中加入NaF的浓度有关。随引氟量增加,所得涂层的晶体直径减小,结晶度增加。 Based on the regular method of apatite electrodeposion, this study was aimed to study the crystal structures of the coatings electrodeposited on titanium by adding different quantities of sodium fluoride into the electrolytes. The acquired coatings were investigated by SEM and XRD. The results show that needle-like nano-scaled fluoridated apatite crystals could be acquired by this technique. The diameter of the crystals and the crystallinity in the coatings are related to the concentrations of NaF added in the electrolytes, which is decreased in diameter and increased in crystallinity accordingly to the increment of the fluorin introduction.
