摘要
采用喷射沉积工艺制备了Mg-Al-Ca-Zn合金锭坯。利用OM和SEM观察了镁合金的组织形貌,利用TEM观察了镁合金的微合金相形貌和微合金相的选区电子衍射花样,利用万能拉伸机测试了合金的抗拉强度和延伸率。结果表明,由于喷射工艺等原因存在微孔,沉积态的镁合金组织并不是十分致密。但是合金经过挤压后,组织致密并且晶粒细小,晶粒达到5μm左右。合金中弥散分布的第二相初步断定为(Al,Nd)2Ca,挤压态合金的抗拉强度和延伸率分别达到430MPa和5.5%。
The microstructure of the Mg-Al-Zn-Ca alloy was observed by on OM and SEM, the microalloy phase morphology and the electron diffraction patterns were observed by TEM, and the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy were also tested. Results show that the microstructure of the as-extruded Mg alloy is not very dense due to the micropores. However, the microstructure becomes dense and the grains are fine, reaching 5 μm, after extrusion of the alloy. The dispersed secondary phase is determined as (Al, Nd)2 Ca. The tensile strength and elongation of the as-extruded Mg alloy are 430 MPa and 5.5%, respectively.
