摘要
全固态可充锂二次电池的循环性能受到负极锂金属表面形成的枝晶影响。研究了一种能够有效抑制金属锂电极表面枝晶形成的方法。利用等离子体处理隔膜表面,在表面接枝上磺酸基,可以有效地稳定金属锂/隔膜界面,抑制枝晶形成,有效提高锂金属电极的循环稳定性。基于局域微电池模型提出了这种枝晶形成被有效抑制的机理。
The cycling life of the rechargeable solid state lithium battery with lithium metal as anode is influenced by the dendrite formation on the lithium metal electrode. An effective method was proposed to suppress the dendrite formation during discharge-charge cycling. With plasma treatment, the sulfonic group was grafted upon the surface of the Polypropylene (PP) separator. The stability of the separator/lithium metal interface was increased. The mechanism to suppress the dendrite formation was proposed based on the local area micro battery model.
