摘要 The effects of vapor incidence angle (VIA) on the microstructure and crystallographic texture of EB-PVD TBC under rotation mode have been experimentally examined by SEM,X-ray diffraction and pole figures in this article.It is demonstrated that VIA strongly influences the angle of columnar grains and crystallographic texture of TBC.The inclination of columnar grains depends on the VIA and the inclination angle follows the tangent rule deposited at 900℃,but the inclination angle of columnar deposited at 800℃ unconformity the tangent rule.
