摘要
通过熔纺工艺制备了不同接收距离下(DCD)的超细PLA熔喷过滤材料,系统研究了接收距离对PLA纤网聚集态结构、形态结构、物理机械性能和过滤性能的影响。结果表明:随着接收距离的增大,纤网的结晶度有所增加。接收距离的增加有利于纤网直径的减小,力学性能的改善和过滤性能的提高。接收距离在25cm时制备的PLA熔喷材料具有较理想的物理机械性能和过滤性能。
Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) melt-blown webs were melt-spun by melt-blown processing. The effect of die-to-collector distance(DCD) on the structure and properties PLA MB webs was reported. The MB webs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), wide-angle X-ray diffraction, electronic fabrics strength tester and n electron-laser particle spectrometer. SEM micrographs reveal the fibers web becomes loose and the diameter of fibers decreases with the DCD increasing. The crystallinity of melt-blown webs increased with the increase in DCD. Smaller DCD offers some benefits to the mechanical properties and filtration efficiency of the MB web.
