PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子调控及其超疏水性能

摘要 通过在正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)水解过程中添加聚丙烯酸(PAA),制备了PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子,利用IR、TG、TEM、XRD等表征手段对PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子进行了分析,采用KH570对粒子进行表面改性并在载玻片表面提拉成膜。结果表明,制备所得的PAA/SiO_2核壳粒子相比普通SiO_2粒子分散性优异,核壳结构明显,可通过改变TEOS与PAA的用量调控核、壳的大小及厚度,且能替代普通SiO_2粒子成膜;改性后粒子成膜水接触角能达到156°,表现出超疏水性能。 By adding polyacrylic acid(PAA) in the hydrolysis process of TEOS, PAA/SiO_2 core-shell particles were synthesized and characterized through IR, TG, TEM and XRD. The particles were further modified with KH570 and then made into films on the surface of the slide. The results indicate that the dispersion of the PAA/Si O_2 core-shell particles is better than that of the normal Si O_2 particles. The size of the core and the thickness of the shell can be adjusted by changing the ratio between PAA and TEOS. The modified particles can be made into films as the same as the normal Si O_2 particles and the water contact angle of the film is 156°, showing superhydrophobic properties.
