摘要
针对目前海洋工程硅烷渗透型防护剂成膜时间较长、挥发量大等问题,以不同疏水基硅烷为前驱体,利用溶胶凝胶技术进行醇环境酸性聚合,制备了快速成膜、有效防护的溶剂型硅烷防护剂。结果表明:酸聚合溶剂型硅烷防护剂在砂浆表面渗透成膜时间大幅缩短,只用4h已接近完全成膜渗透深度;溶剂型硅烷防护剂比相同固含量硅烷醇液处理混凝土试件防护效果更好,降低了更多相对氯离子电通量值。
With different hydrophobic group silanes as precursor, solvent silane protectant of fast filming and effective protection was prepared by a sol gel acidic polymerization method, orienting the problem of longer film time and larger volatile of current marine silane penetration protectant. The results show that acid polymerized solvent silane protectant significantly reduces the penetration film time in the mortar surface, 4 h to reach final penetration depth; solvent silane protectant shows better protective effect than alcohol silane, which reduces more relative chloride charge passed of treated concretes.
