经口内镜下肌切开术治疗贲门失弛缓症 被引量：3

摘要 贲门失弛缓症是由食管神经肌肉功能障碍所致的疾病，主要特征是食管缺乏蠕动，食管下端括约肌高压和对吞咽动作的松弛反应减弱，主要表现为吞咽困难、反酸、胸骨后疼痛及体重减轻。
