摘要
本文从空调线束的基本常识出发,简要阐述空调线束生产过程"压接异常"、"飞线"、"线序错"等故障及其危害,在现有质量控制手段的基础上,提出了"端子压接截面微观检测、压力传感实时监控及图谱辨色比对"等一系列空调线束生产过程中质量管控的新方法,有效降低空调线束生产过程质量问题,提高产品一次交检合格率及生产效率。
In this paper, starting from the basic common sense of air-conditioning wiring harness, wiring harness production process briefly in this paper, the air conditioning "abnormal pressure","fly line", "line sequence fault" such as the fault and its harm, on the basis of the existing quality control means, and put forward the "terminal crimping cross section micro test, pressure sensing real time monitoring and mapping color differentiation than" new method and a series of air-conditioning wiring harness production process quality management, effectively reduce air conditioning wiring harness production process quality problem, raise an especially qualified rate and production efficiency.
