本文针对一嵌入式烤炉进行了结构和工作原理的分析,依照其CCC认证检测标准GB 4706.1-2005和GB 4706.22-2008,列举了这种烤炉几个典型的不符合标准项,包括触摸控制器的控制电路结构问题;互连软线上连接器的错误使用;触摸控制器的控制键问题等。针对每种不符合标准项分别进行了危险性分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。

The analysis of the structure and working principle of a built-in griddle was carried out. According to the requirements of its CCC certification standards GB 4706.1-2005 and GB 4706.22-2008, Several typical unqualified items of this built in griddle were listed, the problem of controlling circuit of touch controller; the wrong usage of coupler on the interconnection cord and the control key problem of touch controller. According to each unqualified item, the hazard analysis and corresponding improvement measures were carried out.
