凸包对热镀锌钢板凸点焊质量影响的研究

摘要 本文主要研究了凸包对热镀锌钢板凸点焊的质量影响。结果表明在焊接电压120V.气缸压力0.14MPa条件下,1.2mm相1.0mm料厚的热镀锌钢板样板凸点焊所需凸包尺寸为直径5mm、高度范围为2.3-2.9mm;在焊接电压270V,气缸压力0.28MPa条件下,空调外机基脚和底盘凸点焊所需凸包尺寸为直径5mm、高度为2.3-2.7mm;零件特征对凸点焊所需的凸包尺寸有着非常重要的影响。 This paper studies the impact of the convex hull on the quality of the convex welding of galvanized steel sheet. The results showed that in the conditions of welding voltage 120V and cylinder pressure 0.14MPa, convex wdding of 1.2mm with 1.0mm material thickness galvanized steel sheet needed the convex hull of diameter 5ram and 2.3-2.9mm of height; in the conditions of welding voltage 270V and cylinder pressure 0.28MPa, footings with chassis of the air condition convex welding needed the convex hull of diameter 5mm and 2.3-2.7mm of height; the impact of the part feature on the required convex hull of convex welding is very important.
