一测多评法测定厚朴饮片中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量

Content Determination of Magnolol and Honokiol in Magnoliae Officmalis Cortex by Quantitative Analysis of Multi- components by Single-marker

目的:建立厚朴饮片中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的一测多评方法。方法:在《中国药典》2010年版厚朴含量测定方法的基础上,测定厚朴酚与和厚朴酚间的相对校正因子,考察其重现性,比较计算值与测得值的差异。结果:用一测多评法对5批厚朴饮片中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚进行测定,与外标法实测值基本一致。结论:该方法可靠,结果准确,可用于厚朴饮片的质量控制。

Objective ：To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker（ QAMS） for determination of magnolol and honokiol in magnoliae officmalis cortex. Methods ： Based on the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition）, the relative correction factor of honokiol was determined using magnolol as an internal reference substance, the method was evaluated for reproducibility, and the difference between calculated and measured values was compared. Results ： The quantitative results of five batches of magnoliae officmalis cortex by QAMS was basically consistent with that by external standard method. Conclusion ：The QAMS method was reliable and accurate, which might be used for the quality control of magnoliae officmalis cortex.
