60例老年性聋患者助听器效果初步评估及影响因素分析

A Preliminary Assessment of Hearing Aid Outcomes of 60 Presbycusis Outpatients and Relevant Influential Factors

目的初步评估老年性聋患者助听器效果及其影响因素。方法使用助听器效果国际性调查问卷（international outcome inventory for hearingaid，IOI-HA）对云南某医院60例单耳配戴助听器的老年性聋患者的助听器效果进行评估。结果60例老年性聋患者的IOI-HA总分平均值为25．60±3．66。高中及以上学历者与初中及以下学历者、助听器配戴时长≥1年者与〈1年者、中度及中重度耳聋患者与重度患者之间IOI-HA总分有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。结论IOI-HA问卷是评价老年性聋患者配戴助听器效果的简便有效的工具。老年性聋患者配戴助听器后其社会心理学多方面均有较大的获益。应通过健康教育、增加随访等方式使其更早、更多地使用助听器，从而改善助听器配戴的效果。

Objective To assess the hearing aid outcomes of 60 presbycusis outpatients and to analyze relevant influential factors. Methods The international outcome inventory for hearing aid （IOI-HA） was used to assess 60 presbycusis patients with unilateral hearing aid in a clinic in Yunnan Province. Results The mean total IOI-HA score of the 60 patients was 25.60 ± 3.66. There were significant differences in the IOI-HA scores between patients with higher school degree or above and those without higher school education, patients with hearing aids over one year and those less than one year, patients with moderate and moderately severe hearing loss and those with severe hearing loss（P〈0.05）. Conclusion IOI-HA is a simple and effective tool for the assessment of hearing aid outcomes for presbycusis patients. The presbycusis patients can benefit from hearing aids in many social-psychological aspects. It is necessary to encourage presbycusis patients to wear hearing aid earlier and more frequently by health education and follow-up visits in order to improve the hearing aid outcomes.
