摘要
在为人工气道患者进行吸痰时,吸痰管的插入深度会影响吸痰的效果。目前人工气道内吸痰操作规范中关于吸痰管的插入深度并无明确规定,本文就吸痰管插入不同深度进行吸痰的有效性、安全性及插入深度的测量等方面展开综述,为临床护理工作提供相关证据。
The depth of catheter insertion would affect the effectiveness of suctioning among patients with artificial airway. Currently, there is no regulation about the depth of catheter insertion when nurses perform the suctioning. To provide evidence for clinical nurses, this paper has reviewed the different depths of catheter insertion as well as their effectiveness, safety, and measuring methods.
