SiewertⅡ型食管胃交界部腺癌胸腔淋巴结转移相关因素研究及外科处理策略

摘要 食管胃交界部腺癌（adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction，AEG）是指发生在食管胃解剖交界线上下5cm区域的腺癌，具有与食管癌、胃癌不同的生物学行为。
