"选科"、"选课"与"走班"的测量学基础问题辨析 被引量:6

摘要 国务院印发了《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》之后,基础教育改革中出现了"选科"和"走班"两类新的问题,"选科"的结果是"定向"(或分流),"走班"是"选课"的结果。科学的"选科"是基于能力倾向测验的分类决策,"选课走班"是基于学业评价的安置决策。这两种测验的目的不同,优秀的标准不同,施测的时间不同,效度要求不同,参照的选择不同,编制的依据不同,计分和结果呈现的方式不同,结果的解释不同。 Two kinds of new problems arise in elementary education reform after State Council distributed "Suggestions on Deepening the System of Examining and Admission". These two problems are about making choice on subjects and classes, which respectively lead to redirection and class system. Scientific choice on subjects is a classifying decision based on capability orientation while class system is a resetting decision based on academic evaluation. They are different in testing purpose, excellence standards, occasion for testing, validity requirements, reference choice, establishment basis, forms to mark and represent, and explanation on the results.
