浆乳方结合中医外治法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效观察

The clinical curative effect observation of Jiangru decoction combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on treatment of plasma cell mastitis

目的:探讨选取浆乳方结合中医外治法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的必要性。方法:随机将我院接受治疗的100例浆细胞乳腺炎患者作为研究对象分为对照组和治疗组各50例,其中对照组的治疗方案为采用浆乳方进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上采用中医外治法联合治疗,对不同治疗方案的疗效进行对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.00%,而对照组总有效率为72.00%,治疗组的治疗效果更显著;治疗组患者治疗后临床症状积分为(0.91±0.60),对照组患者的临床症状积分为(1.82±0.97),治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:浆细胞性乳腺炎患者在浆乳方治疗的同时应用中医外治法治疗,可以减轻患者的临床症状,提高临床治愈率。

Objective： To explore using Jiangru decoction combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine on treatment of plasma cell mastiffs. Methods： 100 eases with plasma cell mastitis, which admitted in our hos- pital, were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group, each group of 50 cases, randomly. The control group was given the Jiangru decoction treatment, while observation group was given the Jiangru decoction combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine treatment. The efficacies of different treatment were compared. Results： After comparative analysis found that the total efficiency of the observation group was 96.00~ and that of the control group was 72.00~, the curative effect of observation group was more significantly. Observation group＇s clinical symptom score of the observation group was （0.91＋0.60） and that of the control was （1.82~0. 97）, the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion.. Jiangru decoction combined with external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine on treatment of plasma cell mastiffs can reduce patient＇s clinical symptoms, can improve the clinical cure rate.
