从临床实践探讨呼吸科住院患者用药教育的新模式

Discussion on a New Mode for Respiratory Medicine Patients with Common and Individualized Medication Education from Clinical Practice

目的:探讨呼吸科住院患者用药教育的新模式。方法:通过临床实践,将呼吸科住院患者按疾病特点、使用药物特点以及患者的病理生理特点分类实施书面形式教育和口头形式教育。结果:书面形式教育和口头形式教育结合的方式有利于开展患者用药教育。结论:患者的用药教育是确保患者安全有效治疗的一个重要措施,是提高患者用药依从性的有效方式,也是临床药师系统化开展药学服务的有效手段。

Objective： To discuss a new mode of pharmaceutical education to. respiratorypatients. Methods： Through clinical practice, clinical pharmacist classify patients by the characteristics of disease, medicine and physiopathal- ogy and implement written education and oral education. Results：The combination of written education and oral education was in favor of carrying out the medication for patients systematically. Conclusion： Medication education for patients was an important measures to ensure the safe and effective treatment for parents, an effective way to improve the medication compliance of patients, and also an effective method of carrying out pharmaceutical service systematically.
