高校自主招生中人才测评技术的应用与完善

On the Application and Improvement of Talent Assessment Technology in the University's Self-enrolment

人才测评技术在高校自主招生中具有鉴定、匹配、选拔和导向功能。一些高校自主招生中存在忽视人才测评技术、测评标准不统一、测评手段落后、测评人员不够专业和管理松懈等问题。本文提出要完善自主招生政策、科学设计人才测评标准、合理使用人才测评方法、提高测评人员专业化水平、加强过程管理等建议。

Talent assessment technology has the functions of identification, matching, selection and guiding in the university＇s self- enrolment. But in some universities there exist some problems in self- enrolment, such as neglecting talent assessment technology, non- uniform assessment standard, backward assessment methods,unprofessional assessment personnel and lax management. The paper suggests to improve the policy, scientifically design assessment standards, fairly use assessment methods, raise professional level of the assessment personnel,and strengthen the process management in the university＇s self-enrolment.
