针灸后溪透合谷治疗急性腰扭伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Houxi-Through-Hegu for Acute Lumbar Sprain

目的：观察针灸后溪透合谷治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法：将纳入的60例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，每组30例，其中治疗组选用针灸后溪透合谷治疗，对照组选用西药莫比可治疗，每日口服1次，每次7．5mg，两组在治疗7天后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组有效率90．00％，对照组有效率66．67％，二者疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸后溪透合谷治疗急性腰扭伤疗效优良，值得在临床推广。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Houxi-through-Hegu for acute lumbar sprain. Methods： 60 cases of patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated by Houxi-through-Hegu acupuncture therapy, while the control group by orally taking Mobic （75mg, qd）, and evaluated the efficacy after 7 days of treatment. Results： The overall re- sponse rate of treatment group was 90.00%, while the control group was 66.67%, there was statistical difference between the efficacy of two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture treatment of houxi-through-Hegu has significantly curative effect on acute lumbar sprain, deserves clinical promotion.
