The Ethical Requirements in Emergency Treatment of "Three Withouts" Patients

阐述了“三无”病人的概念，救治“三无”病人医院及医务人员必须具备的职业道德素质。救治“三无”病人中的伦理学原则问题，救治工作应以人为本，建立并完善社会保障体制，尊重病人知情同意权，医院应主动邀请社会群团组织共同处置。通过社会各界的努力就能达到较好的救治效果，对降低致残率、提高病人的生活质量、减轻社会负担具有积极的现实意义。

This paper has elaborated the concept of ＂three withouts＂ patients, and prerequisite prolessional ethic quahty that the hospitals and meal- cal personnels who cure ＂three withouts＂ patients. For the ethical principles in treatment of ＂three withouts＂ patients, the treatment should be peo- ple-oriented, establishes and perfects the social security system, respects the patients＇ right of informed consent, the hospital should actively invite other community organizations to manage together. It would be able to achieve a good effect through the efforts from all sectors of society, which is positive and significant to decrease disability rate, improve quality of lfie of patients and reduce social burden.
