摘要 铁大输油管道近年来输量不断下降,已经出现了低输量问题。通过对该管道低输量问题的界定进行讨论,指出铁大输油管道在低输量条件下存在加热能力不足、管道运行压力不稳、费用上升等问题。提出了加降凝剂进行热处理输送、适当降低规程中的大庆原油最低进站温度等改进措施。分析了管内结蜡对管道运行的影响,给出了管道清蜡的方法以及操作步骤。 The oil throughput of Tieling-Dalian Oil Pipeline is continuously decreased in recent years, which is called the low throughput problem. The discussion around this problem is made. It is pointed out that the problems in insufficient heating ability, unstable operating pressure and high operational cost in this pipeline exist. The measures to solve these problems in heating transport with PPD and lowering the mini- mum inlet temperature for Daqing Oil are proposed. The influence of wax deposition to the pipeline operation is analyzed and the wax removal method and steps of the pipeline are given.
