可吸收螺钉内固定治疗第5跖骨基底部骨折的临床观察 被引量:2

Effect of Absorbable Screw Fixation in the Clinical Treatment of the Fifth Metatarsal Base Fracture Curative

摘要 目的:探讨可吸收螺钉内固定在临床上治疗第5跖骨基底部骨折的疗效。方法:选取自2012年10月~2014年10月在我院住院的40例第5跖骨基底部骨折患者,所有患者均住院行第5跖骨基底部骨折可吸收螺钉内固定手术,观察所有患者术后的临床疗效。结果:所有患者术后均进行了3~15个月的随访,平均9个月,术后拍片显示都获得骨性愈合,术后按照Maryland疗效评分:优29例,良11例。结论:可吸收螺钉内固定手术治疗第5跖骨基底部骨折,对患者骨折治愈具有明显的疗效,可吸收螺钉在人体中可以被完全降解,有效避免了再次手术取出内固定给患者带来的痛苦,临床应用价值高,值得推广。 Objective: Explore the absorbable screw fixation in the clinical treatment of the fifth metatarsal base fracture curative effect. Methods: Selection from October 2012 to October 2014 hospitalized in our hospital in 40 patients with fracture of the fifth metatarsal base department, all of the patients were performed the Fifth metatarsal base fracture absorbable screw internal fixation operation, observe the clinical curative effect. Results: After surgery, all patients were performed from 3 to 15 months of follow - up average 9 months, postoperative film display all got bony union, after operation according to the Maryland curative effect score: excellent in 29 cases, good in 11 eases. Results: Absorbable screw fixation surgery in the treatment of the fifth metatarsal base fracture and fracture healing has obvious curative effect on the patients, absorbable screws in the human body can be completely degradation, effectively avoid take internal fixation surgery again to the pain of patients, the clinical application value is high, is worth promoting.
