中西医联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的：探讨中西医联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择在我院治疗的复发性口腔溃疡患者118例，将其随机分成2组。对照组58例：采用常规西医疗法治疗，口腔局部治疗＋口服维生素C片和复合维生素B片；治疗组60例：在对照组的基础上加服中药，观察2组主要症状的改善情况和复发情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为96．67％，对照组总有效率为82．76％，2组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡能充分发挥中西医联合的优势，疗效显著，是治疗复发性口腔溃疡的特效手段，值得临床大力推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral deer. Methods： In 118 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into 2 groups. 58 cases of the control group ： routine western medicine therapy, oral topical treatment ＋ vitamin C tablets and compound vitamin B tablets; the treatment group 60 eases in the control group based on the traditional Chinese medicine, to improve the situation and recurrence was ob- served in two groups of main symptoms. Results： The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and control group, the total ef- fective rate was 82.76%, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The combination of Chinese tra- ditional and Western medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can give full play to the advantages of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the curative effect is remarkable, is the effective method in treatment of recurrent oral deers, worthy of clinical popularization.
