72例小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的护理观察

目的：观察小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的护理方法和效果。方法：选取本院收治的肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿72例随机分组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组患儿给予循证护理干预，观察2组患儿的临床护理效果。结果：观察组患儿呼吸频率和心率改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．05），心力衰竭纠正时间和住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05），总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：对肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿实施循证护理，可以显著提高临床疗效，改善患儿的心功能，值得临床广泛应用。

Objective： To analysis of pediatric pneumonia complicated by heart failure care methods and results. Methods： Pneumonia with heart failure admitted to hospital 72 cases selected randomly assigned control group received usual care, patients in the observation group to give evidence - based nursing interventions, clinical care of children were observed effects. Results： The group of children with respiratory rate and heart rate to improve the situation than the control group, heart failure correct time and length of hospital stay was sig- nificantly shorter than the control group, the total effective rate was significantly higher , P 〈 0.05, Statistically significant. Conclusion： Children with pneumonia complicated by heart failure to implement evidence - based care, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve heart function in children, Worthy of wider application.
