摘要 中国邮轮市场在未来仍将继续快速发展,而中国政府也重申了将继续大力支持旅游行业和邮轮产业。 While Carnival was the first company to launch a cruise sailing from China back in 2006, the Chinese cruise market has only more recently started to take off. By the start of November 2015, a total of 14 cruise ships were deployed on routes calling at Chinese ports, accounting for 6% of global cruise fleet capacity, and the Chinese cruise market now appears set for considerable growth going forwards. Clearly the Chinese cruise market is continuing to develop rapidly, and the government has recently reiterated that it will continue to provide significant support to the tourism and cruise industries. Meanwhile, visa restrictions for Chinese cruise tourists have gradually been eased by neighbouring countries. With solid policy backing, China could well be set to be the driving force of future growth in the global cruise industry.
