摘要
目的探讨在《基础护理学》集体备课中应用同课异构方法的教学效果。方法自2013年9月至2014年9月,基础护理教研室在《基础护理学》集体备课中应用同课异构方法,每周教研活动中老师们通过"集中研课——分头备课——集中说课——分头上课并集中听课——集中评课——评课后的反思"过程进行集体备课。结果同课异构下的集体备课有利于发挥教师团队合作精神,优化教学过程,提高了课堂教学质量和效率。结论同课异构集体备课法是一种值得推广的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the teaching effect of using heterogeneous forms for the same subject in the collective lesson prepa-ration for Fundamental Nursing.Methods Using heterogeneous forms for the same subject in the collective lesson preparation for Fundamental Nursing from September 2013 to September 2014. During teaching and researching activities each week, our teachers through the processes of " centralized research lesson--separately preparing--centralized speaking lesson--separate class and cen-tralized listening to lectures--concentrated evaluation--reflection after the evaluation" for collective lesson preparation. Results It is beneficial for teachers to play team cooperation spirit, to optimize the teaching process, to improve the teaching quality and effi-ciency with heterogeneous class of collective lesson preparation. Conclusion Heterogeneous class collective lesson preparation method is a effective method, and it is worth popularizing.
