津力达颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病及对血清VEGF和IGF-1的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察津力达颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对患者血清中VEGF和IGF-1的影响。方法将100例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组予常规的降糖等对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组相关降糖等治疗基础上再加服津力达颗粒,1个疗程后观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效及对血清中VEGF和IGF-1的影响。结果两组患者治疗前后各项实验室指标变化组间、组内比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用津力达颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病疗效明显,对血清中VEGF和IGF-1的表达有下调作用。 Objective To observed effect of Jinlida granules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effect on VEGF and IGF-1 in serum. Methods 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 50 cases. The control group was given conventional hypoglycemic and suit support treatment. The treatment group took orally Jinlida granules on the basis of the control group. After one course of treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups and the effect on VEGF and IGF-1 in serum were observed and compared. Results The laboratory indexes before and after treatment in both groups, group comparison between groups were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of granules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has obvious therapeutic effect, and the expression of VEGF and IGF-1 in serum was reduced.
