益母调经合剂治疗恶露不尽临床疗效分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Yimu Tiaojing Mixture in the Treatment of Lochiorrhea

目的分析益母调经合剂治疗产后恶露不尽的临床疗效。方法将在我院确诊的80例产后恶露不尽患者随机分为2组:观察组(A组)和对照组(B组)各40例,A组予口服益母调经合剂治疗,对照组予缩宫素肌注治疗,观察2组疗效、治疗后血性恶露持续时间、出血量及不良反应。结果 A组为总有效率97.5%,B组为75.0%(P<0.05);治疗后A组血性恶露持续时间、出血量等改善情况也均显著优于B组(P<0.05);治疗过程中2组均无明显不良反应。结论益母调经合剂治疗产后恶露不尽临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yimu Tiaojing mixture in the treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea. Methods 80 cases of patients with postpartum lochia endless in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups as follows： observation group（group A） and control group（B group）, each group had 40 cases. Group A received took orally Yimu Tiaojing mixture. Patients in control group were treated with oxytocin intramuscular injection. The curative effect of the two groups, the bloody lochia sustained time, amount of bleeding and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of group A and group B was 97.5%and 75.0%, respectively（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the bloody lochia continued bleeding time and improvement of amount of bleeding of group A were significantly better than that those of group B（ P〈0.05）. In the course of treatment, the two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Yimu Tiaojing mixture in the treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea had significant clinical curative effect, no obvious adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
