The Experience of Professor Wang Xiu-xia in Treating Tubal Obstructive Infertility

目的探讨王秀霞老师治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的经验。方法通过分析王秀霞老师临证典型案例,总结王秀霞老师对输卵管阻塞性不孕的病因病机及辨证思路的认识。结果王秀霞老师通过临证分析,分别从瘀及湿热等病因入手,取得良好效果。结论引起输卵管阻塞性不孕的病因病机很多,但王秀霞老师谨守其主要病因,再根据患者的特点辨证论治遣方用药,效果良好。

Objective To study the experience of Professor Wang Xiu-xia in treating tubal obstructive infertility. Methods By analyzing the typical case of Professor Wang Xiu-xia, this paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor Wang Xiu-xia professor in pathogen, pathogenesis and clinical thoughts on tubal obstructive infertility. Results Professor Wang Xiu-xia believed that stasis,heat-dampness and humid were key pathogen in clinical treatment which obtained good results. Conclusion There were a lot of pathogen and pathogenesis led to tubal obstructive infertility, Professor Wang Xiu-xia guarded the key pathogen and the feature of patients in clinical treatment which was effective.
