骨坏死康复汤治疗康复期股骨头坏死塌陷的疗效

Effect of Guhuaisi Kangfu Decoction in the Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis Collapse in Convalescence

目的探讨康复期股骨头坏死塌陷采用骨坏死康复汤治疗临床效果。方法选取康复期股骨头坏死塌陷的患者50例,均为我院骨科2013年5月—2014年5月收治,采用骨坏死康复汤治疗。结果随访1年,总有效率经统计为92%。相较治疗前,治疗后1年Harris总评分明显提高,差异有统计学意义。结论康复期股骨头坏死塌陷采用骨坏死康复汤治疗,可显著改善预后,增强髋关节功能,对保障患者生存质量意义显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guhuaisi Kangfu decoction in the treatment of femoral head necrosis collapse in convalescence. Methods Selecting 50 cases of patients with femoral head necrosis collapse in convalescence in our hospital from May2013 to May 2014, they were given Guhuaisi Kangfu decoction. Results After treatment of one year, the total effective rate was92%, the score of Harris were significant increased, and difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Guhuaisi Kangfu decoction in the treatment of femoral head necrosis collapse in convalescence can significantly improve the prognosis, enhance the hip function, and has significant meaning to protect the quality of life of patients.
