摘要
目的观察祛风散寒汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法治疗组52例用祛风散寒汤治疗,对照组52例用喷托维林、盐酸西替利嗪法。结果总疗效治疗组92.31%、对照组71.15%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论本观察研究提示祛风散寒汤治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效较为明显,可进一步研究和推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qufeng Sanhan decoction in the treatment of postinfectious cough. Methods52 cases in the treatment group were treated with Qufeng Sanhan decoction. 52 cases in the control group were treated with Pen-toxyverine, Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was92.31% and 71.15%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qufeng Sanhan decoction is an effective prescription in treating postinfectious cough, and is worthy of further research and extension.
