中医护理在冠心病中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of TCM Nursing in Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨中医护理在冠心病中的应用效果。方法将所选取的研究对象分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施心血管科常规护理,观察组在实施心血管科常规护理的基础上加以中医护理。结果⑴观察组在住院1~3天后、4~7天后临床症状的缓解率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;⑵对照组在发生烦躁、恐惧、焦虑等心理问题方面的几率明显高于观察组（P〈0.05）。结论中医护理在缓解冠心病患者病情、改善患者生活质量方面是有效的,也是很必要的,在今后的冠心病护理中,应充分发挥祖国中医的优势,使得中医护理的优势得到进一步的体现。

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM nursing in coronary heart disease. Methods The selected subjects were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care of the cardiovascular system.The observation group was given TCM nursing based on the routine nursing care of the cardiovascular system. Results In 1to 3 days and 4 to 7 days after admission, clinical symptom remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The control group in occur irritability, fear, anxiety and other psychological problems of probability is sig-nificantly higher than those of the observation group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing in patients with coronary heart disease in improving the quality of life of patients is effective and necessary. In the future of coronary care, we should give full play to the advantages of TCM, so that the advantages of TCM get further reflected.
