中西医结合治疗慢性宫颈炎48例及护理

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis and Nursing fro 48 Cases

目的分析慢性宫颈炎采用中西医结合治疗效果及护理措施。方法按照数字随机表法将96例慢性宫颈炎患者分为两组各48例患者,对照组患者接受单纯西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合中药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率97.9%明显高于对照组总有效率75%,日常生活、精神状态、躯体功能及社会功能较对照组高,P<0.05。结论对慢性宫颈炎患者采取激光、超声及LEEP刀等西医治疗基础上联合中药治疗,可提高患者治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect and nursing care of th erapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic cervicitis and nursing. Methods 96 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 48 cases. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The treatment group used Chinese medicine on the basis of the Western medicine. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75% which was significantly higher than 75% of the control group. The daily life, mental state, physical function and social function of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, P0.05. Conclusion On the basis of the Western medicine therapy of laser, ultrasound and LEEP knife, and Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can improve the therapeutic effect.
