参苓白术散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,由四君子汤基础上加山药、莲子、薏苡仁、扁豆、桔梗等渗湿止泻,调理气机之品而成,除了有补益脾气作用外,还兼具渗湿和补肺的功能,肺脾同治,为培土生金法之典范,以中医"辨证论治,异病同治"为理论基础,此方被广泛运用于内外妇儿科疾病,如慢性腹泻、慢性支气管炎、慢性荨麻疹、慢性腹泻、小儿疳积等,疗效显著。

Shenling Baizhu powder originated from the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang. On the basis of Sijunzi decoction, yam, lotus seed, coix seed, lentils, platycodon grandiflorum was added, such as moisture penetration antidiarrheal, regulating qi activity of the product, in addition to the tonic temper, also has moisture penetration and benefiting lung function, treatment for lung and spleen at the same time, and is the example of reinforcing earth to strengthen metal. According to the theory of ＂treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treating different diseases with same method＂, the prescription is widely used in medical disease and surgical dis-eases, gynecological diseases and pediatric diseases, and achieved a significant effect, such as chronic diarrhea, chronic bronchitis,chronic urticaria, chronic diarrhea, infantile malnutrition, etc.
