内质网应激诱导的生存与凋亡机制 被引量:5

摘要 内质网是细胞内重要的细胞器。未折叠蛋白或错误折叠蛋白在内质网内的大量堆积能够引起内质网应激反应(ERS)。内质网通过激活未折叠蛋白反应(UPR),暂停早期蛋白质的合成,减少未折叠蛋白或错误折叠蛋白在内质网内的聚集,从而恢复细胞的正常生理功能,保护细胞。但如果内质网应激反应持续进行或无法缓解,则会引起促凋亡因子的产生,最终导致细胞凋亡。
