中医手法治疗腓骨骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Chinese Medical Technique Treating Fibular Fracture

目的：讨论关于腓骨骨折患者采用中医手法治疗的临床效果。方法：收集我院2010年1月～2015年3月间的86例腓骨骨折患者，依照治疗方法的差别将其分为对照组和观察组，各有43例，对照组采用手术牵引治疗，观察组患者则采用中医手法进行治疗，评估两组的治疗情况。结果：对照组的临床治疗有效率为74．42％，观察组为95．35％，观察组有效率显著升高（P〈0．05）；同时对照组骨折愈合时间为6．3～1．5个月，观察组为3．9～1．1个月，观察组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：对于腓骨骨折患者，中医手法治疗能够有效缩短骨折愈合时间，提高治疗有效率，优势较大。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of fibular fracture treated with Chinese medical technique. Methods： 86 cases of fibula fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2015 were divided into control group and observation group with each of 43 cases according to the differ- ence of therapeutic methods, control group with surgical treatment and traction, while observation group with Chinese medical technique, the treat- ment condition of the two groups was evaluated. Results： The effective rate of control group was 74.42%, significantly lower than that of observation group by 95.35% （P〈0.05）; while fracture healing time of control group was 6.3± 1.5 months, significantly longer than that of observation group by 3.9± 1.1 months （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese medical technique for fibular fracture can effectively shorten the time of fracture healing, and im- prove the efficiency, with greater advantages.
