免疫球蛋白样转录子4表达与卵巢癌淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between ILT4 gene expression and lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer

摘要 目的探讨免疫球蛋白样转录子4(ILT4)表达与卵巢癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法对60例卵巢癌病理组织中ILT4基因的表达进行检测,其中淋巴结转移组34例,无淋巴结转移组26例,比较两组患者肿瘤组织淋巴结中ILT4表达情况分析其与卵巢癌淋巴结转移、组织分化关系。结果淋巴结转移组中ILT4在肿瘤组织和淋巴结中的表达水平分别为(15.7±2.2)%和(17.2±3.7)%,显著低于无淋巴结转移组[分别为(31.3±6.8)%和(41.3±9.1)%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移组中ILT4阳性表达率为32.4%,显著低于无淋巴结转移组(84.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ILT4在高、中、低分化肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为100.0%、58.3%和11.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ILT4表达与卵巢癌淋巴结转移密切相关,可作为临床诊断与治疗卵巢癌的一项重要指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between immunoglobulin-like transcript 4( ILT4) gene expression and lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer. Methods ILT4 gene expression in60 ovarian cancer patients were detected and analyzed using immunohistochemistry,34 cases with lymph node metastasis and 26 cases with no metastasis. ILT4 gene expression in the tumor and lymph nodes,relationship between ILT4 gene expression and lymph node metastasis, and relationship between ILT4 gene expression and tissue differentiation were compated between the two groups. Results In lymph node metastasis group,ILT4 expression intensity in tumor and lymph nodes were( 15. 7% ± 2. 2%),( 17. 2% ±3. 7%),significantly lower than those in no lymph node metastasis group [( 31. 3% ± 6. 8%),( 41. 3% ±9. 1%) ]( P〈0. 05); In lymph node metastasis group,ILT4 product expression was 32. 4%,significantly lower than that of no lymph node metastasis group( 84. 6%)( P〈0. 01); ILT4 positive expression rate of in high,medium and low differentiated tissues were 100. 0%,58. 3% and 11. 8%,respectively( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression of ILT4 in ovarian cancer is related to lymph node metastasis. It can be used as an important indicator for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.
