强脾益气方联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌患者的疗效

Effect of qiaopiyiqi decoction combined with S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨强脾益气方联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌患者的疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2015年1月间收治的晚期胃癌患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组75例。实验组患者采用替吉奥联合健脾益气方治疗,对照组患者给予替吉奥化疗。比较两组患者疗效、恶心及骨髓抑制情况。结果实验组患者部分缓解率明显高于对照组,实验组患者总有效率和疾病控制率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者轻度恶心发生率明显高于对照组,重度恶心发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者0度骨髓抑制发生率高于对照组,Ⅱ度骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者Ⅰ度和Ⅲ度骨髓抑制发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强脾益气方联合替吉奥治疗方案可以明显提高晚期胃癌患者的疗效,减轻其恶心、骨髓抑制等不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of qiaopiyiqi decoction combined with S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 150 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected. They were divided into experimental group and control group randomly,each group had 75 cases. The experimental group was given S-1combination with qiaopiyiqi decoction; while control group was given S-1. Curative effect,nausea,and bone marrow suppression in two groups were compared. Results The number of patients with partial remission in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group; Response rate and control rate of experimental group were higher than those in control group; The above differences between two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The morbidity of patients with mild nausea in experimental group was obviously higher than that in control group,and the morbidity of patients with severe nausea in experimental group was lower than that in control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Patients with bone marrow suppression in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and patients withⅡ° bone marrow inhibition was lower than that in control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Patients with Ⅰ° and Ⅲ° bone marrow inhibition in two groups had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion Qiaopiyiqi decoction combined with S-1 can obviously improve the curative effect and reduce the adverse reactions of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
