围手术期综合护理对早期宫颈癌行高频电波刀手术患者配合率及并发症的影响

Effect of operation rate and complications of perioperative comprehensive nursing for early cervical cancer of loop electrosurgical excision procedure operation

目的探讨早期宫颈癌行高频电波刀(LEEP)手术治疗患者围手术期实施综合护理干预的效果。方法收集2012年1月至2014年6月间收治的早期宫颈癌患者84例,均行LEEP手术治疗,采取掷骰子法将患者随机分为常规护理组(给予常规护理)和综合护理组(实施综合护理),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果综合护理组患者的手术时间明显短于常规护理组(P<0.05);综合护理组患者手术配合率为97.6%(41/42),明显高于常规护理组的76.2%(32/42,P<0.05);综合护理组并发症发生率为2.4%(1/42),明显低于常规护理组的19.1%(8/42,P<0.05);综合护理组非常满意率明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论早期宫颈癌行LEEP治疗的患者在围手术期实施综合护理,可有效地提高患者手术配合率,缩短患者的手术时间,降低并发症的发生率,并有利于提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of operation rate and complications of perioperative comprehensive nursing for early cervical cancer of loop electrosurgical excision procedure operation. Methods Eightly-four early cervical cancer patients from 2012 January to June 2014 in The First Hospital of Yulin City underwent loop electrosurgical excision procedure（ LEEP） operation treatment were selected,and were randomly divided into conventional nursing group（ patients received routine care） and comprehensive nursing group（ patients received implementation of integrated nursing）,and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional nursing group,operative time of patients in comprehensive nursing group was significantly shorter; The rate of operation coordination was higher（ 97. 6% vs 76. 2%）; The rate of complications was lower（ 2. 4% vs 19. 1%）; The number of very satisfied patients was more,and all with with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The early LEEP treatment of cervical cancer patients received perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively increase the rate of operation coordination,shorten the operation time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and is conducive to improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
