针对现行的大多数油库按质量计量发油,而加油站按体积计量销售,计量过程复杂、繁琐,容易造成管理漏洞的情况,实行了按升配送数量的管理方法,可免除加油站油品计量过程中的单位换算,简化了计量程序,有利于加油站的数质量管理。

Currently oil products are sold by grade at oil depots, and by volume at gasoline stations. The mismatch leads to troublesome measure and managing flaws. Distribution by volume can help avoid price conversion, simplify metering process and improve quantity and quality control.
