摘要 构筑和形成能够审度中国特色教育、能够反思自身教育经验的教师个人教育哲学,对于教师的专业成长和个人完善具有重要的意义和价值。聚焦日常的教育实践和热点问题,如信息技术与课程乃至教育的深度融合问题,通过研究者和教师之间田野式的合作研究,基于中国教师的教育实践和教育经验,构筑和形成教育实践取向的教师个人教育哲学,具有更为重要的现实意义。 To frame and form being capable of taking account of education with Chinese characteristics, personal philosophy of education of teachers to reflect on their own experiences, is of great significance and value for teachers' pro- fessional development and personal improvement. Focusing on daily educational practice and hot issues, such as the deep integration of information technology and curriculum and education issues, through the field of collaborative research be- tween researchers and teachers, based on Chinese teachers' educational practice and experience, l^uilding and shaping practical orientation of education' s personal philosophy of education has more important practical significance.
