摘要
随着学习型社会和"学会关心"理念的提出,内尔·诺丁斯倡导的关怀理论逐渐受到多方关注,引发了对教师成长的思考。"以人育人"的观念被越来越多的教育者所接受,教师的内在涵养有了新的内容。教师的教学活动旨在达到一种理性化状态,凭借良好的自我效能感,在实践活动中实现从情感关怀到生命自觉的升华,达到更高级的教师专业成长平台,使教育在个体生命活动中更有意义和价值。
With the proposal of the concept of learning society and the concept of learning to care about others, the caring theory on the initiative of Neil Noddings has attracted much attention. It causes the reflection on teachers' develop- ment. And the concept of educating people by people has been accepted by more and more educators. The inner self-restraint of teachers has new contents. Teachers' teaching activities aim at realizing a rationalized situation. With sound self-efficacy, teachers' teaching activities realize the self-sublimation from emotional caring to life consciousness in practice and the teachers' professional development platform at a higher level, cant and more valuable. making education in individual life more significant and more valuable.
