摘要
大学职能的成功发挥有赖于对大学教师职业属性的理解。大学教师职业发展的变迁证明:大学教师所从事的是一项是以"高深知识"为工作对象的学术性职业,是通过"科学与批判"彰显其精神气质的学术性职业,是以"学术自由"为支配原则的学术性职业。"学术为志业"的"超然"与"介入"相统一是大学教师这一学术性职业的学术人格所在。
The successful playing of university function depends on the Comprehension of occupation attribute of uni- versity teacher. The practical development of university teacher occupation has proved: university teacher is an academic profession with the "advanced and complicated knowledge" as its working object; it is an academic profession which demonstrates its spirited characteristic with "science and criticism"; it is an academic profession controlled by the principle of "academic freedom ; and it is the unification of "detachment" and interposition which is oriented in academic vocation is the academic personality of university teacher.
