摘要
王世华等学者在期刊《数学的实践与认识》中发表了《关于判断矩阵一致性检验与调整的一个注记》的论文,认为判断矩阵中的不一致是由强矛盾判断、弱矛盾判断、标度离散性、标度有限性共同作用的结果.论文关于判断矩阵不一致性原因的分析及对一致性调整的解决方案具有一定的科学价值.但是,如果从AHP的角度来分析判断短阵,对导致不一致性原因的分析有值得改进的空间.基于AHP基本原理和Super-decision决策软件对1-9标度的使用,认为第一类标度离散性不一致、标度有限性不一致在AHP判断矩阵中是可以克服的.
Wang Shi-hua et al (2014) published an article entitled "note on consistency adjustment for pairwise comparison matrices" in the magazine Mathematics in Practice and Theory. They discussed four types of inconsistencies in the palrwise comparison matrix, such as strong contradictory inconsistency, weak contradictory inconsistency~ scale finiteness inconsistency, and scale discreteness inconsistency. Based on these, they pointed out some disadvantages about consistency adjustment methods in the analytic hierarchy process and presented a new approach to overcome these disadvantages, which have a certain scientific value. In this paper, we employ the basic principle of AHP and Super-deciSion software for 1-9 scale to demonstrate that the scale discreteness inconsistency and the first kind of scale finiteness inconsistency can be overcome in the AHP.
