摘要
LED灯的色温受到注入电流和结温变化的同步影响。通过分析实验系统采集到的HL001WY型Ga N基白光LED在不同管脚温度和注入电流作用下色温变化的实验数据,利用曲线拟合与趋势回归方法建立色温、注入电流以及管脚温度三者之间动态变化的非线性预测模型,并对非线性模型的系数采用二次回归来补偿模型系数引起的预测值波动,提高模型计算精度。抽样测验和模型计算对比表明,利用该方法建立的动态非线性色温控制模型得到的计算数值与实验测量值的相对误差小于1.5%。
The color temperature of LEDs is influenced by injection current and junction temperature synchronizing change. The experimental data of Ga N-based white LED color temperature dynamic changes were analyzed under the action of different pin temperature and injection current. The methods based on curve fitting and trend regression were applied to dynamic non-linear predictive model,among the color temperature,injection current and pin temperature. The predicted value fluctuation of color temperature was reduced to improve the accuracy of model calculations using quadratic regression for coefficient of nonlinear model. The sampling tests compared with the model calculations show that the relative error between the calculated value and the actual measured value is less than1. 5%.
