裂纹和刚度失谐对叶盘结构振动特性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of a cracked blade and stiffness mistuning on the vibration characteristics of integral bladed-disk assemblies

摘要 为区分裂纹和刚度失谐两种不同失谐情况对叶盘振动的影响,本文采用有限元方法,以真实的整体涡轮叶盘为基础,分别建立谐调叶盘和1%,3%和5%失谐强度以及1 mm,3 mm和5 mm裂纹深度下的叶盘模型,并对其进行模态分析和谐响应分析。得出结论如下:刚度随机失谐和叶片裂纹均能导致叶盘结构振动局部化;刚度随机失谐导致叶盘结构的共振频率范围增大,而叶片裂纹对其共振影响较小;裂纹叶片的振动方向同其相邻叶片的振动方向相反。 In order to distinguish the influences of a cracked blade and a stiffness mistuned blade, we have built different mistuning models with 1% , 3% and 5% mistuning strength, and also built different cracked blade models where the length of the crack was 1 mm, 3 mm and 5 mm, based on a real integral bladed-disk. Modal analysis and harmonic response measurements were conducted by taking advantage of the finite element method (FEM). The conclusions are: (1) Stiffness mistuning and a cracked blade can both lead to vibration localization; (2) Stiffness mistuning results in a large resonance frequency range of the bladed-disk, whilst a cracked blade has a slight effect; (3) The vibration direction of the cracked blade is opposite to those of its adjacent blades.
