摘要
近年来,微博、微信、微视等微媒介凭借超高的人气用户和增长趋势强力推动着"微时代"的到来,给高校网络舆情引导带来严峻挑战。基于不同的视角,"微时代"呈现不同的复杂语义。微媒介"裂变式"的传播路径、"碎片化"的呈现方式、"把关人"的角色缺失以及学生"青春期"的内在制约都对高校网络舆情传播产生了重要影响。文章从搭建"微平台"、培养"微意识"、提升"微技巧"、丰富"微内容"、增强"微力量"五个方面,提出了加强高校网络舆情引导和管理的相关对策建议。
In recent years, the micro media, such as micro blog, We Chat and Minute Vision, etc. which show strong impulse for the coming of "micro-age" with the super high popularity and growth trend among customers, bring severe challenges to the guidance to public opinions in colleges and universities. Based on different angles, the "micro-age" presents different and complex meanings. The micro media, with its transmission route through "fission-like" multiplication ratio, presentation of "fragmentation-like" style, the deficiency of gate-keepers' role deficiency and inner restrictions of students' "adolescence" have significant impact on the transmission of online public opinions in colleges and universities. The article comes up with relevant measures and suggestions to enhance the guidance and administration of public opinions in colleges and universities from the following five aspects: to build platform for "micro media", to cultivate "micro awareness", to enrich "micro contents" and to strengthen "micro power".
