教学医院口腔科患者电子病历面向学员模块程序的建立

Student Oriented Module Program Establishment of Electronic Medical Records of Patients in Stomatology Department in a Teaching Hospital

目前大部分电子病历系统局限于解决治疗流程、诊疗记录问题,缺乏系统的资料库为教学医院学生、研究员等提供充足的学习案例和材料。课题组在建立的口腔科患者电子病历程序的基础上,增加设计面向学员模块、文献检索系统和大数据分析系统,以利于医学院校医学生在校期间对教学医院口腔科患者电子病历的网上学习。设计的口腔科电子病历管理网站包涵三大模块:面向患者模块、面向医生模块、面向学员模块。建立在教学医院口腔科学员及医师均可用的文献检索系统,和对大量病例进行大数据处理的分析系统。?

At present,most of the electronic medical record systems is limited to solve the problems of treatment process, and the recording of diagnosis and treatment. A systematic databank was needed to provide enough cases and materials for the students and researchers to study in teaching hospital. Therefore, on the basis of the electronic medical records program in stomatology department we established already, we added oriented student module,literatures retrieval system and data analysis system, in order to facilitate the medical college students to learning the electronic medical records of patients in stomatology department online in the teaching hospital of medical university during the academic year. The electronic medical record management website we designed included three modules, patient oriented module and the student oriented module.We also established literature retrieval system for the utilization of both doctors and students in stomatology department in the teaching hospital, as well as the analysis system that could conduct large data processing on the large number of medical cases.
